When some one asks me if they think lights will be a beneficial add on to any ATV or UTV, I think of two instances when adding the lights would have come in handy. The first story was from a customer of ours. He had a side by side, with minimal or no lights, and no door.

Buying a used ATV is tough for anyone, even a dealer. You could, seemingly, check everything on the machine but still miss something. This is due to the nature of the beast and how they are ridden. I can give you the perfect example... We had a Can-Am Outlander 800 in stock from a trade in. We did a service on it, checked the brakes, fluids, drive system, and drove it around. Everything worked well and it seemed to have great power and drivability. The ATV had close to 3,000 miles on it when we sold it to a great customer. After about 2 weeks of riding, it was brought back to us for something we hadn’t seen. The seals had went bad in the water pump and it started leaking. Although there was no warranty on the machine, we helped the new owner out with it. This point leads me into my first tip…
